Uniplan Group started business in 1999 and is one of NSW’s largest modular building manufacturers with over 20 years experience in the industry. Our factory in Armidale NSW is a beauty to see with an amazing selection of buildings under construction at any time. The genius of the manufacturing process is the regulated ‘drum beat’ that it runs to. A bit like a car factory – each building moves through a production line of work stations. Starting off as a steel chassis and ending up as a completed, ready to occupy building in as little as 21 days.
